CG Series FPP Gearbox

CG Series Fixed Pitch Propeller (FPP) Gearboxes are compact, high-reliability marine propulsion gearboxes independently developed by Nanjing Accurate Marine Equipment Co., Ltd. (NGC Marine), also known as NGC. They are designed for a wide range of marine main engines, integrating speed reduction, clutching, and reversing functions.
The CG series supports multiple shaft configurations including coaxial, vertical offset, horizontal offset, and angular offset. Rated input speeds range from 200-1800 rpm, reduction ratios from 2:1 to 6:1, and torque capacity from 0.290 to 34.828 kW/rpm, depending on center distance and configuration.
Non-standard and customized gearbox solutions are available to meet specific vessel requirements, including special center distances, transmission ratios, and installation conditions. Controls can be pneumatic or electric, with local manual emergency operation provided.
